I am an aspiring writer, so I need a lot of space to do my work, and that being said for holding chapter after chapter I dig that, but when it comes to just enjoying the internet its a little eh. Its good but could be better.
The sound crackles sometimes, or the screen will stick then speed up. The pictures often don't show up. Then there's the constant upgrades that you don't know if you need them or not. And if you don't have skpye or want it it puts itself on and forces it. Makes no sense to me. But things are easily uninstallable. But, netflix is weird, the icon flashes 2 false sites before netflix comes up. *shrug*
overall for the price: good.
Function for wordpad: great.
Viewing: Good picture. But so-so sound.
Easy to use: excellent!

This is a convenient little laptop. The 320GB of space is fine for me. However, 1GB of RAM just barely makes the cut these days.
Naturally, I'm on the internet with three tabs open, and playing music on iTunes. Other times I'm running sophisticated music software, exporting large files, and jumping back and forth between necessary programs. The computer makes slight hesitations, heaves sighs, but powers through what I need to get done - it does everything I need it to, but I'm also patient and know when to give it a second.
Ultimately, I'd only recommend this for casual internet users - checking e-mail, browsing one webpage at a time and instant messaging / video-chatting.
I definitely don't recommend this as an easy-buy for someone on the computer a lot - but doesn't know how to take care of it, because this machine will be run into the ground.
